Cooking Instructions

  1. Cook sausage according to package directions. Cool slightly; cut into coin-slice pieces.
  2. In a Dutch oven, cook pierogies according to package directions. Drain and keep warm.
  3. In a large skillet, cook and stir onions in butter over medium heat until tender; about 5 minutes.
  4. Add sausage, continue to cook and stir until sausage is heated through.
  5. Stir in pierogies.
  6. Spoon into serving bowls and sprinkle with dill or parsley.
