- 1 package (13.5 ounce) JOHNSONVILLE® Premium Fully Cooked Polish Kielbasa Sausage Rope, sliced diagonally
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 3 carrots, thinly sliced
- 1 small yellow summer squash, sliced
- 1 package (8 ounces) sugar snap peas
- 2/3 cup cold water
- 1/3 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon corn starch
- cooked rice or pasta
- In a skillet, brown sausage and onion in oil for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Add vegetables and stir-fry until crisp-tender.
- In a small bowl, whisk remaining ingredients.
- Pour into skillet; bring to a boil, stirring until thickened.
- Serve over hot rice or pasta.
