Zesty Pizza Casserole with Johnsonville Pork & Chicken Mild Italian Sausage

This easy to make recipe combines all of your favorite pizza toppings like sausage, peppers and cheese into a casserole sure to please the whole family!

Zesty Pizza Casserole with Johnsonville Pork & Chicken Mild Italian Sausage
What you need
- 1/3cupeach chopped red, green and yellow peppers
- 1Tbsp.olive oil
- 4cupscooked radiatorre noodles
- 1jar(15 oz.) pizza sauce
- 1can(14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano
- 1pkg.Johnsonville Pork & Chicken Mild Italian Sausage, cooked according to package directions and sliced ¼ inch thick
- 1/2cupshredded reduced-fat Italian blend cheese
Preparation
- 1In a skillet, sauté the peppers in oil.
- 2Add the noodles, sauce, tomatoes, and sausage. Mix until combined.
- 3Pour into a greased 11-inch x 7-inch baking dish. Cover and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
- 4Sprinkle with cheese and bake, uncovered, an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
