Wisconsin Double Brat
What you need
- 1pkg.(3 pound-12 links) Johnsonville® Original Bratwurst
- 6slicesyellow onion
- 12dill pickle chips
- 6tsp.German style mustard
- 6tsp.butter, softened
- 6Sheboygan style split top rolls [rustic hamburger roll]
Preparation
- 1Prepare the bratwurst according to package directions.
- 2Toast the rolls and butter.
- 3Place two bratwurst on the bottom half of the roll, top with an onion slice, dill pickle chips and German style mustard.
