Johnsonville Three Cheese Italian Style Chicken Sausage and Broccoli Rigatoni
What you need
- 12 oz. uncooked rigatoni
- 3 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 package JOHNSONVILLE® Three Cheese Italian Style Chicken Sausage, sliced
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing
- Romano or Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation
- 1 Cook rigatoni according to package directions in a large saucepan; add broccoli during the last 3 minutes of cooking time.
- 2 In a large skillet, combine sausage, red bell pepper and Italian dressing; cook over medium heat until heated through.
- 3 Drain pasta and broccoli; transfer to a large bowl.
- 4 Add sausage mixture; toss to combine.
- 5 Sprinkle with cheese.
