Summer Grilled Peach and Bratwurst Kabobs

Summer Grilled Peach and Bratwurst Kabobs
What you need
- 1pkg.(5 links) Johnsonville Original Bratwurst
- 3ripe peaches, still firm
- 1largered onion, cut into 1" chunks
- 2largegreen bell peppers, seeded and cut into 2" chunks
- 1/2cuppeach nectar
- 2Tbsp.rice wine vinegar
- 2Tbsp.soy sauce
- 1Tbsp.vegetable oil
- 1Tbsp.garlic clove, minced
Preparation
- 1Heat outdoor grill in indoor grill pan to medium high heat. Soak 6 wooden skewers in water until ready to use.
- 2Cut each bratwurst into 5 pieces and set aside. Core peaches and cut each into 6 thick slices. Set aside.
- 3In a large mixing bowl add peach nectar, vinegar, soy sauce, vegetable oil and minced garlic. Whisk to combine. Stir in bratwurst, peaches, bell pepper and onions. Toss to coat.
- 4Thread the bratwurst, peaches, bell pepper and onions alternately onto the soaked skewers.
- 5Grill over medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes or until sausage is cooked through, turning and basting frequently with any reserved sauce.
- 6Serve immediately.
