Full of taste

I partially froze sausage links for easier slicing. Used 7 oz artichocke hearts sliced instead of mushrooms, Some in family don't like mushrooms. Worked good. Used mild instead of spicy sausage. Again family preference.

Absolutely Delicious!!

This was incredibly easy to make and the whole family loved it!! I used hot Italian sausage, added a large chopped onion, and about three or four cups of mushrooms (instead of the 1 cup the recipe calls for). I also removed the casings from the sausage and crumbled it when I browned it. This recipe makes a big pot full, more than the five servings stated. This will be a repeat recipe in my kitchen and I can't wait to make it again!
