Southwestern Turkey Bake
What you need
- 1pkg.(13.5 oz.) Johnsonville® Smoked Turkey Cheddar Sausage, 1/4-inch coin sliced
- 1pkg.(14 oz.) frozen seasoned corn and black bean vegetable mix
- 1can(10 -3/4 oz.) condensed Southwest style pepper jack soup
- 1/4cupshredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 to 3tsp.salt-free extra-spicy seasoning blend
- 1tube(16.3 oz.) refrigerated large biscuits, cut into quarters
Preparation
- 1Preheat oven to 350º
- 2In a bowl, combine sausage, vegetables and soup.
- 3In a separate bowl, combine cheese and seasoning.
- 4Add biscuits to cheese and seasoning mixture and lightly toss to coat.
- 5Spoon sausage mixture into a 2 ½ quart baking dish.
- 6Top with biscuit pieces.
- 7Bake for 30-35 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown and mixture is hot.
