Smoked Brat Kabobs

Smoked Brat Kabobs
What you need
- 1/2cupsoy sauce
- 1/4cupfrozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
- 3Tbsp.hot mustard
- 1 pkg.(14 oz.) Johnsonville® Smoked Brats
- 2mediumsweet red peppers, cut into 1-in. pieces
- 1mediumgreen pepper, cut into 1-in. pieces
- 1mediumyellow summer squash, cut into 1/2-in. pieces
- 1mediumonion, cut into wedges
- metal or wooden skewers
Preparation
- 1In a resealable plastic bag or bowl, combine soy sauce, apple juice concentrate and hot mustard for marinade. Add vegetables. Seal bag or cover container; refrigerate for one hour.
- 2Drain and reserve marinade.
- 3Thread sausage and vegetables alternately on skewers.
- 4Brush with reserved marinade.
- 5Grill over medium heat for 15-20 minutes or until sausage is hot and vegetables are crisp-tender, turning and basting frequently with reserved marinade. Serve immediately.
