Pork Tenderloin with a Kick!
Best Jalapeno Mustard Ever. Unfortunately this product is hard to acquire if you live in Texas but if you know some family up north make sure that they send you some. I believe the reason it is the best Jalapeno mustard is that you get chopped jalapenos! Great on brats, chops, mixed in sauces. And it's not overpowering either! — steve
- 1 bottle Johnsonville® Spicy Jalapeno Mustard (Comin' in Hot)
- 2 pork tenderloins (1 pound, each)
- Oven Directions: Place pork in a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish. Spread mustard over pork. Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 145°F. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
- Grill Directions: Set up grill to cook over indirect heat. Preheat grill to medium. Spread mustard over pork tenderloins. Grill pork for about 10 minutes on each side or until a meat thermometer reads 145°F. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
