It was good

by Sophia Frias 1 month ago
I made this dish last night and it was delicious. Although I added my own perks to it. I followed the directions on cooking the sausage and chopping up the ingredients. Instead of 2 garlic cloves, I used 3. Also since my family and I like spicy, I chopped up 2 jalapeños and threw them in with the peppers. When I added the cans of diced tomatoes I noticed it tasted bland....so I added a 1 cup of Prego spaghetti sauce to add flavor to it. I wasn't sure on what to serve with it so I made Rigatoni pasta and ended up serving it as a pasta dish. It came out great and it was all gone!

Needs more detail

by learningtocook 5 months ago
I'm not a cook so I need a bit more detail. The preparation steps are lacking. Calls for sausage preparation "according to package directions". There are none on the package. The recipe printed on the back of the label differs from the on online (ingredients are slightly off (no basil leaves mentioned, 28 oz can of Italian tomatoes, not 14.5 per online) preparation step 5: Add chopped Italian tomatoes and sliced Italian Sausage, then for 5 more minutes. *what to do for 5 minutes? Stare at pan and hope for the best?? I was able to fumble my way to decent meal, but no thanks to these "directions"

Awesome meal

by ChefLuke 1 year ago
This is a wonderful quick meal to prepare on any week night. The prep can be made ahead of time and all you have to do after a busy day at work is cook the ingredients while your preparing a salad. Best served over homemade linguini. Enjoy! This is an easy recipe for students to learn the art of sauteing and grilling.
