Everyone loved it!

I have five children, and it's rare that I find something easy to make that will please everyone. These fit the bill! We doubled the cheese to make it stretch further, and it was still perfect. I also put three cloves of garlic (minced) into a small bowl of olive oil and brushed the oil over the pita before cooking them grilled cheese style.

Delicious!

Just made these for supper. My husband and I loved them! Very easy, I used links and just squeezed the meat out of the casings and browned it. Also warmed them for 10 minutes at 350F instead of grilling them. Dipping is all and well but I just poured the pizza sauce into the pocket after the filling. Worked well!
