Italian Onion & Roquefort Sandwich

Italian Onion & Roquefort Sandwich
What you need
- 1mediumonion, thinly sliced
- 4ouncesRoquefort or blue cheese, crumbled
- 1/4cupolive oil
- 2tablespoonsred wine vinegar
- 1tablespoonsteak sauce
- 1teaspoonchives, minced
- 1teaspoonfresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2teaspoongarlic, minced
- 1/4teaspoonsalt
- 1/4teaspoonpepper
- 1package(19 ounce) JOHNSONVILLE® Italian Mild Sausage Links
- 5 Hoagie rolls, split
Preparation
- 1In a bowl, combine the first ten ingredients.
- 2Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- 3Grill sausage according to package directions.
- 4Place one grilled link in each roll; spoon onion and Roquefort dressing over sausage.
- 5If desired, grill or broil sandwich for 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve warm.
