My family enjoyed this Greek pita. I used mild italian sausage and fathers sam pita. They are also great to pack for lunch.

You can sautee the sausage a head of time and then put pockets together family style at dinner. It is fun alternative to tacos. Children can stuff wth what they chose. Everyone is happy.

We tried the recipe and LOVED it! My son usually will not eat sausage, but we found that your brand is not greasy like others. So I started trying recipes here, and we love this pasta one. Flavourful, colourful, and easy to make! Thank you for the great products and fabulous recipes!!
