Fiesta Dip

- 1 package (13.5 ounces) Johnsonville® Andouille Split Rope Sausage, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 2-1/2 cups water
- 1 package (8 ounces) Zatarain’s® Dirty Rice Mix
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup chopped tomato
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- tortilla chips
Directions
- In a saucepan, combine 2-1/2 cups water, rice mix and oil. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 25 minutes or until rice is tender.
- Remove from the heat; stir in sausage.
- On a serving platter, spread sausage and rice mixture. Layer with sour cream, cheese, tomatoes and green onions. Serve with tortilla chips.
