Can't tell the difference.. I was amazed how good this is. I did a blind taste test to my husband with this and our regular high fat high calorie pork breakfast sausage. This is a picky man. I told him they were both pork. he picked the turkey saying he liked the flavor much better. Me too!! unfortunately I have been to 4 grocery stores in our town (it's a small town) and I can not find it anymore. If I could pay to have it shipped I would do that. — mya
- In a very large bowl, whisk the eggs, milk and pepper. Add English muffin cubes; stir to coat.
- Stir in sausage and 1-1/2 cups cheese. Pour into a greased 13-inch x 9-inch x 2-inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350°F for 40-45 minutes or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
