Johnsonville Chipotle Monterey Jack Cheese Chicken Sausage and Lime Kabobs
What you need
- 1/2cuphoney
- 1/2cuplime juice
- 1/4 cupsoy sauce
- 2mediumbell peppers (red, yellow, or green) cut into 1-in. pieces
- 1mediumonion, cut into wedges
- 1cupcherry tomatoes
- 1pkg.(12 oz.) Johnsonville Chipotle Monterey Jack Cheese Chicken Sausage, cut into 1-in. pieces
Preparation
- 1In a bowl, combine the honey, lime juice, and soy sauce.
- 2In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the peppers, onion, tomatoes, and 1 cup honey-lime mixture.
- 3Seal bag and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- 4Preheat grill to medium.
- 5On metal or soaked wooden skewers, alternately thread sausage and vegetables.
- 6Grill for 10 minutes or until browned, turning frequently and basting with remaining honey-lime marinade.
