Cheesy Cheddar Roll-Ups

The ultimate in finger food! These roll-ups are the perfect pre-game warm-up snack for the whole gang!

Cheesy Cheddar Roll-Ups
What you need
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tube (8 ounces) refrigerated crescent rolls
- 2 tablespoons coarse ground mustard
- 1 package (14 ounces) JOHNSONVILLE® Beddar with Cheddar Sausage
Preparation
- 1 In a skillet, sauté onion in oil until light golden brown; cool slightly.
- 2 Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles (bake or discard two extra triangles).
- 3 Spread each with mustard and top with onions.
- 4 Place one Johnsonville® Beddar with Cheddar Sausage on the wide end of each triangle; roll up.
- 5 Place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350°F for 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
