Cheesy Bratwurst & Broccoli Pastry Wraps
What you need
- 1pkg.(19 oz.) Johnsonville® Cheddar Brats
- 1Tbsp.butter
- 1largeonion, sliced
- 1 1/2cupsbroccoli florets
- 1 1/2cups(6 oz.) American cheese, shredded
- 2sheetspuff pastry, thawed and cut into 4" x 4" squares
Preparation
- 1Grill brats according to package directions, slice into 1/4" coins and set aside.
- 2In a skillet, melt butter. Sauté onions until translucent and slightly brown. Set aside.
- 3In a saucepan, cook broccoli in a small amount of water until crisp-tender. Drain well.
- 4Evenly divide sausage, broccoli, onion and cheese onto pastry squares.
- 5Wet edges of pastry with water. Bring corners of pastry together and pinch edges to seal. Place on an ungreased baking sheet and bake at 350°F. for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
