Cheddar Brat Mac & Cheese

Cheddar Brat Mac & Cheese
What you need
- 1pkg.(19 oz.) Johnsonville® Cheddar Bratwurst
- 1pkg.(16 oz.) elbow macaroni
- 1jar(23 oz.) Tostitos® Salsa Con Queso
- 1cupsharp cheddar cheese, cubed
- 1/2cupwater
- 1tsp.ground cumin
- 1/8tsp.cayenne pepper
- 3/4 cuppepper jack cheese, shredded
- 3green onions, sliced (optional)
Preparation
- 1Preheat grill to medium-low heat. Grill brats according to package directions; cut into ½-in. slices.
- 2Cook macaroni according to package directions for firm pasta.
- 3In a large disposable foil pan, combine the salsa con queso, cheddar cheese, water, cumin and cayenne.
- 4Stir in brats and macaroni. Sprinkle with pepper jack cheese and green onions.
- 5Place on the grill; cover with foil. Grill for 15-20 minutes or until hot.
