Cheddar Brat Mac & Cheese

Cheddar Brat Mac & Cheese
What you need
- 1 package (19 ounces) JOHNSONVILLE® Cheddar Bratwurst
- 1 package (16 ounces) elbow macaroni
- 1 jar (23 ounces) Tostitos® Salsa Con Queso
- 1 cup sharp Cheddar cheese, cubed
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 3/4 cup Pepper Jack cheese, shredded
- 3 green onions, sliced, optional
Preparation
- 1 Preheat grill to medium-low heat. Grill brats according to package directions; cut into ½-inch slices.
- 2 Cook macaroni according to package directions for firm pasta.
- 3 In a large disposable foil pan, combine the salsa con queso, Cheddar cheese, water, cumin and cayenne.
- 4 Stir in brats and macaroni. Sprinkle with Pepper Jack cheese and green onions.
- 5 Place on the grill; cover with foil. Grill for 15 to 20 minutes or until hot.
