Brat Mac & Cheese

Mac and Cheese made great with the flavor of brats and beer!

Brat Mac & Cheese
What you need
- 1pkg.(19 oz.) Johnsonville® Brats
- 2pkg.(7.25 oz. each) macaroni and cheese dinner mix
- 1/4cupbutter
- 2green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cupbeer or milk
Preparation
- 1Grill brats according to package directions, cool slightly; cut into 1/2-in. slices and set aside.
- 2Cook macaroni according to package directions.
- 3In a saucepan, melt butter and add green onions; sauté for 2-3 minutes or until tender.
- 4Stir in beer; bring to a simmer over medium heat.
- 5Drain macaroni; stir into green onion mixture.
- 6Add contents of cheese packets; mix well. Add brats; mix well.
