These melt in your mouth!!!

Laid a slice of swiss cheese on top of the burger while still on the grill. Cheese melted then I added grilled onions cooked in beer and a spicy German mustard. That was it and boy are they good.

My husband likes these better than any other burgers!

Tried these as had a coupon and a hankering for brats. These were both easier AND more flavorful. Effortlessly made a "gourmet" burger with a slice of onion, mustard & poppy seed buns. I cannot recommend these enough and have been telling all our friends. Way to go Johnsonville!!

Easy solution to the same problem I had, buy the regular links instead. Using a knife slit the brat end to end and roll out the meat. This way you can customize your size easily. Our family goes for 1 2/3 brat size hand patties. Press out the patty which will probably be sticky so I use a thin metal spatula to work the patty of the cutting board to the wax paper.
