Bowtie Pasta

Bowtie Pasta
What you need
- 1pkg.(19 oz.) Johnsonville® Italian Mild Sausage Links
- 1pkg.(1 lb.) bowtie pasta
- 3Tbsp.olive oil
- 1mediumzucchini, thinly sliced
- 15cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1mediumonion, sliced into thin wedges
- 3garlic cloves, minced
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- 1In a large skillet, cook sausage according to the package directions.
- 2Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions.
- 3Remove sausage from the skillet; cool slightly. Cut into ½-in. coin slices; set aside.
- 4In the same skillet, heat olive oil. Add the zucchini, cherry tomatoes, onion and garlic. Saute for 2-3 minutes or until tender.
- 5Add sausage; heat through.
- 6Drain pasta; add to sausage mixture. Toss to combine. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
