Great For Meatball Sliders. These are great for a quick dinner for a busy family. Grab yerself a can (or cans, depending on your fam size) of buttermilk biscuits (the small variety, usually makes 6 biscuits) and cook them to package directions. While the biscuits are cooking, open a jar of spaghetti sauce and throw 6 (or 12, 18 or however many sliders you need for a hungry family) meatballs into a pot. Heat them up unitl done in the sauce. Take the biscuits out and split them on put on a baking sheet (I usually line the baking sheet with foil for easy clean up). Cover one half of the biscuit with grated mozzarella or the cheese of your choice. Put one meatball on the other half of the biscuit and spoon a little extra sauce over it (these can be messy, but worth it). Sprinkle a little more cheese over the sauced meatball. Fire up your broiler and put the baking sheet under it, checking constantly. After about one minute (your mileage may vary), take out the little, yet filling, amazing meatball sliders. The cheese in the meatballs and extra melty mozz cheese contribute to the overall dairy goodness of this sammich. I've made these with different brand frozen meatballs but these are by far the best! — Dave DanielsSee All Reviews
