Polish Kielbasa Chicken Rope Sausage
Chicken sausage. Love this but my store Publix, all of them actually, quit carrying these. They are lower in salt and really good. Upset. — Doris Shea

I was delightfully surprised at how succulent and tasty it was. The texture was good, though not quite as dense, nor as large-grained as standard the Polish kielbasa I had grown up eating for the past 55 years. Further, it might appeal to some who prefer their garlic percentage a little on the lower side.
I was rather surprised and impressed....So much so that I went back to the store and bought a dozen more packages. These things are great.
