Hooked the first time I used it. I used to use a store brand hot italian sausage in my spaghetti. A few month ago, I decided to buy the Johnsonville brand because it was ground and without a casing (I also am a fan of their breakfast sausages). After cooking in a separate pan, I dump all of it into the cooked spaghetti and sauce--the flavor is amazing. Now, we never eat spaghetti without this sausage. — David CookSee All Reviews
