Awesome Flavor

I love this sausage!! I use it for pizzas, spaghetti, Chili and morning breakfast burritos! The flavor it provides is just out of this world and I find it not too spicy, just right. No other spices need and goes great with garlic. I just recently moved to Austin, Tx and I cannot find this anywhere!! :(

If you can find the brats, you can just remove the casings and use the meat inside. I live in a remote area and have had to do the same in a pinch. :)
