Hatch Green Chile Brats
brats with a little kick!. I cooked these up a few nights ago by browning them first and then boiling them. They have a little kick from the peppers but not too much and really good flavor. I think I'd purchase these over the other varieties which are also very good. — Joe H

Surprised at the lack of flavorby Chris 1 month ago
First bite was bland, flavorless. Second bite confirmed it. Cut into another sausage with the same results.
Up until this time, every product I've tried with the Johnsonville name on it has been excellent. This one, unfortunately, is a resounding dud.ð

No Hatch Chile Flavor Detectedby Michelle 1 year ago
I'm sad to say that there was no chile flavor whatsoever: no heat, no roasty, smoky green chile flavor. It reminded us of green bell pepper mixed with olives.
We love your Italian sausage and brats, but we won't be buying this particular flavor again.
