When cooked right, these are amazing!. Great flavor, plenty of cheese inside. I cook on the grill, low heat(325-350), I roll them over every 4 minutes, which helps keep them from splitting open. About 16 minutes total seems to be the right amount of time. — Jeremy

One thing is, you have to be careful when cooking them. If they crack open on the ends while cooking, they'll start to push some of the delicious cheese out.
