Gas or Charcoal Grill
Preheat gas grill to medium–low heat. (If charcoal, allow it to burn until white ash has formed on the coals.) Place links on grill about 7-9 inches above the heat source. Cook for 7-10 minutes, turning the links frequently, if possible use tongs rather than a fork to prevent casings from puncture.
Place links in a pan, add ½ inch of water and cover. Simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes, turning often.
Remove links from package, place in microwave-safe dish. Add water to cover links. Cover dish, heat on high for 1 minute 45 seconds. Turn links, heat again 1 minute 45 seconds. Let stand for 1-2 minutes prior to serving.

I pan fry these in butter on medium heat in a six inch iron skillet (8" if you fry a whole pack). Turning every couple of minutes to keep the casings from busting. I love these things and could probably live off them. The walmart near my home is frequently sold out... wonder why... so i purchased the slightly cheaper cheddar wurst, they were not even close to being as good as these. I highly recommend the Bedder with Chedder
The cheese is not overwhelming but you can tell it is there. The flavor is not like a hot dog but, better and worth the extra money that you pay. We put ours in the toaster oven and bake them or if in a rush, in the microwave for about a minute. When they are done we eat them just like a hot dog, in a bun with slaw, chilli, onion and relish. Yum! Don't think about buying these, just go buy them. Your whole family will love them as mine do. Just don't let the word sausage fool you from buying these. Trust me!
