Cool Garlic Summer Pasta Salad Ingredients

• 1 lb. dry Penne pasta
• 1 pkg. (24 oz) Johnsonville® Summer Sausage (beef, garlic, original summer sausage), thinly sliced and then cut into thin strips
• 1 tomato, diced
• 1 red pepper, diced
• 1 green pepper, diced
• 1 cup sliced snow peas
• 1 bunch green onions, sliced
• 6 oz. Pepper Jack cheese, cubed
• 6 oz. extra sharp Cheddar cheese, cubed
• 12 oz. Italian dressing
• 12 oz. Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing

Cool Garlic Summer Pasta Salad Directions

Cook pasta according to directions. Place pasta and rest of ingredients into a large bowl and blend well. Serve immediately or chilled.
