Flavorful Johnsonville Italian Sausage and broccoli in a light tomato garlic sauce with linguine pasta make this dish simply irresistible.

Johnsonville Zesty Sausage Pasta Ingredients
  • 1 pkg. (19.76 oz.) Johnsonville® Italian Mild Sausage Links
  • 1 pkg. (16 oz.) of Linguine
  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 4 oz. cipollini onions, cleaned and sliced in half
  • 1 cup of broccolini
  • 1 tsp. diced garlic
  • 1 can (14.5 oz.) diced Italian tomatoes
  • 1 can (10 1/4 oz.) chicken stock
Johnsonville Zesty Sausage Pasta Directions

Prepare sausage according to directions. Slice into 1/4 inch coin slices and keep warm. Prepare pasta according to package directions.

In a large skillet place olive oil and onions sauté for about 2 minutes. Add broccolini and sauté an additional 2 minutes. Blend in garlic, tomatoes, sausage, prepared pasta and chicken stock and sauté about 5 minutes or until liquid is reduced by half stirring frequently. Salt and pepper to taste.
