Spicy Pork Stew with Clams Ingredients
  • 1 lb. pork tenderloin, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 lb. Johnsonville® Italian All Natural Ground Sausage (hot variety), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 cans (6.5 oz. each) minced clams in juice
  • 1 cup frozen chopped onions
  • 1 cup diced potatoes
  • 1 jar (12 oz.) roasted red peppers, drained
  • 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen leaf spinach, thawed
  • 1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste
  • 1 tsp. red pepper flakes
  • 2 Tbls. garlic herb sauce mix
  • 1 cup white wine, Chardonnay
  • 3 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper
Spicy Pork Stew with Clams Directions

In a 4-quart slow cooker, combine pork, sausage, clams, onions, potatoes, red peppers, and spinach. In a large bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients except salt and pepper. Pour into slow cooker and stir thoroughly.  Cover and cook on HIGH setting for 4 to 6 hours.

Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
