Oktoberfest Hoagie

This is a great addition to any picnic or tailgate!

Oktoberfest Hoagie Ingredients
  • 1 Johnsonville® Brat
  • 2 Tbsp.horseradish sauce (1 Tbsp. mayo and horseradish blended)
  • 1 hoagie roll, split
  • 1 oz. smoked turkey, thinly sliced
  • 1 oz. fully cooked ham, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium tomato, sliced
  • 2 thin slices Provolone cheese
  • 2 slices bacon, cooked crisp
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1 dill pickle, sliced
Oktoberfest Hoagie Directions

Grill or prepare the brats according to package directions. Spread horseradish sauce on inside of bun. Cut Brats in half lengthwise and place on bun. Arrange the remaining ingredients onto bratwurst. Serve with chips, french fries or coleslaw.


Yield: 1 hearty sandwich.
