cooking directions

Thaw product thoroughly prior to cooking. Sausage is cooked thoroughly when internal temperature reads 180°F.10-13 minutes.

Skillet

Spray a nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray.  Heat skillet to medium-low.  Add sausage links.  Cook for 12-16 minutes or until golden brown, turning often.

Oven

Pre-heat oven to 350°F.  Spray a shallow baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.  Place sausage links on pan.  Bake for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown, turning once.
