Brat Patties

The same great taste of our Original Brat in a convenient 1/4 pound patty form. Perfect for a bun! 4 patties to a 16 oz. package.

cooking directions

Always thaw product prior to cooking. If using a cooking thermometer, sausage is cooked thoroughly at 180°F.

skillet

Preheat skillet to medium; place patties in skillet.  Cover and cook 5 minutes.  Flip patties.  Uncover; cook 5-7 minutes longer.

gas or charcoal grill

Preheat gas grill to medium-low heat. If charcoal, allow to burn until white ash has formed on the coals. Place patties on grill. Cover and cook patties for 12-15 minutes flipping often, or until internal temperature reaches 180°F.

microwave reheating

Heat 1 link approximately 1 minute on high or until warmed to your satisfaction (adjust time according to your microwave).

pan reheating

Medium temperature in a covered pan for 8-10 minutes.

For optimum freshness, keep refrigerated and use by the date stamped on package.  Open packages should be consumed within 7 days, or frozen no longer than 30 days.  Thaw in refrigerator or microwave.
