Make sure your breakfast includes a complex carbohydrate for filling fiber, a protein to keep you fuller longer, and a fruit or veggie to add even more fiber and nutrients! For a protein-packed breakfast that is sure to keep you satisfied, try a veggie and sausage scrambler. Simply scramble eggs, adding in your favorite veggies such as onions, spinach, tomatoes, etc. as well as your favorite Johnsonville Chicken Sausage, finely diced. Serve with a slice of 100% whole wheat toast.
