  • Brush your teeth after dinner to signal to your brain and taste buds that you are done eating.
  • Take a 15 minute walk after dinner. Research reported in a recent issue of the Appetite Journal showed that a brisk 15 minute walk could help curb chocolate cravings.
  • Skip eating in front of the TV and keep snack time in the kitchen instead to prevent overeating due to being distracted.
