Increase Your Protein Intake if You are Trying to Lose Weight
If you are trying to lose weight, you may need to increase your protein intake.
A recent study in the Journal of Nutrition found that reduced-calorie dieters who ate 115g of protein per day lost 22 percent more fat after 4 months, than those eating 70g of protein per day.
