Aim to be a More Mindful Eater
How you eat is just as important as what you eat when it comes to being healthy. Aim to be a more mindful eater by following these simple steps: 1. Eat sitting down at a table 2. Eat off a plate rather than out of a box or bag. 3. Eat without any distractions (no T.V., computer, phone, or reading).
