Southwestern Chorizo Wrap

Here's big bold flavor in a hand-held package. Heat Johnsonville® Fully-Cooked Chorizo Premium Crumbles in a sauté pan, then add seasoned black bean and roasted corn salsa vegetable blend. Toss until thoroughly heated. Spread guacamole over half of wrap and fill lower 1/3 of wrap with mixture, sprinkle with shredded pepper Jack cheese and cilantro. Roll tightly and heat briefly on flat top, with seam side down to seal. Slice on the bias and serve with cilantro-lime sour cream.
